Online meeting with partners

  1. During the first online call (in January) we introduced our organisations, got to know each other and talked about our expectations for the project. We tried to reach a consensus in the distribution of the meeting dates, as each organization would like to convey the best impressions from the project meeting, they want to be as professionally prepared as possible and they also care about the seasonality of their natural beauties, as they want to show us the beauty of their nature, which they protect thanks to the projects. We have also divided the competences and responsibilities in accordance with the project application so that each partner fulfills the tasks of creating the intellectual outputs and dissemination of the project.
  1. During the next meetings we planned our projects in Turkey, Macedonia and Romania with our partners. The host organisation STEFANI was in charge of planning these meetings. The partners always tried to join in despite the fact that they were currently on vacation, at work or on their way to work.

During the meetings, accommodation, travel options and suggestions for improving the quality of the programme were discussed as we wanted to reach the highest possible standards. Furthermore, we went over together the steps in the dissemination of the project results, bringing new suggestions and motivating the partners for the next challenges.

Two-day Dissemination survey activity

Two of our volunteers went to the streets of Žiar nad Hronom (Slovakia), where they presented our project to the public and at the same time collected questionnaires on the subject of renewable energy in order to find out how the public perceives this issue.

Multiplication event to disseminate project results

At the end of our project, we organized a large event for the public to disseminate the results of the project. We printed on it our main organization STEFANI and its work with disabled people; the project Renewable Energy Sources For Safe Future, its goal, partner organizations and also our two-year work; output from the project, Retoolkit, which contains all the necessary information about renewable energy sources in Slovakia. The last presentation on the topic Path to Sustainability was about practical examples of how to bring sustainability into everyday life.
